Waterproof leather developed by Japan's premier tannery, Sanyo Co., Ltd., using a proprietary recipe incorporating 3M's Scotchgard™ technology. North American steer leather is tanned using the chrome tanning method, renowned for its stability and durability. The Scotchgard™ waterproofing agent is then penetrated deep into the leather's fibre structure within a dyeing drum. This process ensures the waterproofing effect is said to last semi-permanently. It is a special material that achieves waterproofing and lightness while retaining the characteristic weight and lustre of genuine leather.

"URBAN EXPLORER NARROW" is a high-end backpack in the series, which is a scaled-down version of the "Pro" model, which boasts the highest functionality as a multi-functional backpack designed for travelers and business people who go around the city.
